Leonard Nimoy recorded a song called The Ballad of Bilbo Baggins. If I could post it here, I would. It's worth the Google search and might just make your day.

I read all three and you can definitely see how she progresses as a writer.

I read this when I was a freshman in high school. It was during the three years between HP 4 and HP 5 came out and I couldn't find anything I liked nearly as much. This was so drastically different than anything HP or other modern young adult, that I just couldn't compare them.

This took me soooo long to read. I can only handle so much of the old dialogue before I get irritated. And the poor little guy kept breaking my heart.

I think my coworkers know that I am trying to spend more time reading this week and are sabotaging my efforts. 12 hours work days don't leave much energy for when I get home.

Okay, I'm going to give in and try for level one. It seems that as soon as I saw this challenge I started seeing books with colors in the title.

I always have at least one eBook and one real book going.

Just finished
Unhinged (Splintered #2) and it's awesome to witness the author become a better writer as her series progresses.
The love triangle gets much stronger and she's doing a great job of pulling the reader back and forth between sides, as well as slowly pulling in minor characters with subtle hints in previous books.
All are quick reads. And cute. Reading them between breaks in the emotional turmoil of
Atonement has saved me from some serious ugly crying.

The entire book is one great quote after another. Not a huge fan of the book itself, but some very profound thoughts.

So glad I read it then! Two and three are waiting in my Kindle.

I didn't like this book until I read The Moth In The Mirror novella (Splintered 1.5 - no link from app) It's parts of the book based on how Jed sees things and what happens to him while separated from Alyssa. The novella should have been included in the original, maybe switching back and forth between perspective or written in third person. Until I read The Moth In the Mirror, I had no real feeling for Jeb as a character and assumed his lack of depth was from being the average typical teenage player wanting everything.

Cute read while at Walt Disney World on vacation.
