I just finished The Letter for the King by Tonke Dragt. It seems more suited for 7-8 year olds than 12-15 but I enjoyed it very much. Found it very relaxing, especially next to Anna Karenina lol

I’m reading Stephen King’s Bag of Bones which is about another kind of survival but survival nonetheless!

Oh, though I shed some tears, I definitely loved Addie, so would surely recommend, Eileen!

I read Six of Crows and Crooked Kingdom, both had their sad moments.
The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue was a wonderful read but actually quite sad as well (yes, spilled some tears near the end).
I read Dear Edward which was also quite sad and Emma wil leven: Een waargebeurd verhaal over de strijd tegen anorexia about a girl fighting anorexia which was heartbreaking and made me cry.

I’m hoping June will be less sad a reading month (haven’t read in 4 days….)

Finished The Eight Mountains and Cold Skin, bot pretty sad books, especially the last one, depressing even….
