I haven't read any of these, but they look interesting! I hear faint whispers of "add to your TBR, a few more won't hurt" :)

Once I mentioned your name to the Library Police, they said that they understand, because they too have experienced the "Alondra's Fault" effect on their TBR!!!! :)

Alondra’s “suggestions” are almost always great reads but glad you waited so you can end the challenge on a high note.
To follow the Alondra’s Fault theme it might make t..."Thanks Beth! I actually did name my challenge a few years ago as Alondra's Fault; I think I did that two years in a row. I keep threatening her I am going to bring it back! I got a lot of laughs out of that and we had some fun with it!

I finished yesterday with Ready Player 1. What a great way to finish the list. I absolutely loved this book and was entertained throughout. This has been languishing on my TBR, despite Alondra's "suggestions" that I get to it LOL! (BTW, this is one of my "Alondra's Fault" books)

I know I'm a month late to the party, but congrats on finishing! Great job!!!!

Congratulations on completing your challenge, Jami!!! Woo-hoo!!"LOL, and I thought as the Moderator Schmoderator you knew everything!!!!!!! Thanks!
Lea wrote: "Congratulations, it looks like you finished 12 of your books. :-)"Yes! I am planning on finishing the last 4 in the next 2 months; they are all books I want to read.

Whoops, its been awhile since I updated this list! Since I last updated my list, I read Baby Teeth (not as good as I hoped, but still pretty good); Wither (no need for me to continue this YA series; it was very formulaic); The Arrangement (suspenseful with lots of twists; will continue with this trilogy); Ghostwriter (enjoyable as always from this author); What A Dog Knows (I love my dog themed books!!!); and West With Giraffes (very interesting, based on actual events).

I'll have to try this one; I wasn't crazy about their first 2 books, but this is getting good reviews.

Paranoia was good; it was fast paced and interesting. However, since I waited until 2022 to read it, the "cutting edge" technology described at the time of its 2004 publication is a bit outdated!

Good to hear t..."I think you will enjoy it!

Drop Dead Gorgeous - not as funny as I had hoped; I could have done without this one.
Nine Women, One Dress - cute, funny and good for when you want something light.
Lost Dogs - an apocalypse story told from the dog's point of view; I enjoyed this one.
Welcome Home Mama & Boris - I really liked this story about a deceased veteran and his sister's journey bringing home the 2 dogs that he loved while serving in Iraq.
The Stationery Shop of Tehran (sometimes just called the Stationery Shop) - very, very good. I see the author has another book out, and I plan to read that one as well.

I didn't get a chance to fit this one in during the quarter, but I plan to read it (hopefully sooner rather than later). I enjoyed seeing the comments about the book; it definitely looks like something I will enjoy.

I have definitely seen mixed reviews on this one, but I really enjoyed it. I thought it was a good, fast-paced read that kept me entertained. I really like stories with quirky characters, and this one was what I needed at the time I read it.
