The only 1 I read was The Brass Verdict. I've liked all the books I've read in The Lincoln Lawyer series
10 books down, 2 go.Most recent finish was The Seaside Cocktail Campervan. 4 stars, a nice easy summer read. Likeable characters. Loved the concept of the mobile catering businesses. There's a Christmas book as a follow on which I'll look forward to reading
9th book finishedThe Seven Husbands Of Evelyn Hugo
I've heard a lot about this week, a lot of great reviews, and lots of people reading it. But I wasn't really sure if it was my taste or not. I finally got round to reading it this week and it certainly lived up to the hype. Whilst I didn't entirely like the main character of Evelyn, I did find the book hard to put down. I didn't predict the twist at the end. I've already bought another book by this author (Carrie Soto Is Back)
