How's everyone doing?


I'm ok, rough morning. Taking care of my grandparents is exhausting. But on the bright side, I'm feeling better.

I think slowly but surely being gluten free is helping, but it has been hard. I'm not sure if I'll stay totally gluten free. But cutting back did help a lot. I just need to find a balance for myself.

So all around not too bad!
