What is round on top and flat on bottom?

A tire, or as the English spell it tyre.

114553 It sounds like someone getting on a soap box and passing judgment. Didn't the Wizard in the Wizard of Oz us that particular word ?

Deliberate is another word that sounds just right. He deliberates the meaning of the word...

114553 In the movies the only man you saw wearing white shoes was either a pimp or killer. With exception of the vacation series with Chevy Chase that is LOL.

114553 Hi Annette, yes it applies very well with this discussion. I agree with your friend, mom. There are a couple of reasons you didn't mess with 18 wheelers years ago. 1. This was considered a dead end job and it was one of the few jobs a convicted felon could get. 2. Most of the drivers spent 12-18 hrs. a day driving, something which isn't allowed now. Imagine a truck and trailer weighing 4-5 tons, carrying 10 tons of merchandise now this truck is behind you and the driver falls asleep because he has been at the wheel for 16 hrs. you have to stop at a light and there is a similar truck in front of you. What do you think the results would be.

114553 LOL Groovy my Step father was a math professor, as I like playing with words it was easy.

When talking about digressing, tell them to think about it as going backwards in time. Sort of like a mental time machine the only goes back in time not forward.

114553 Womens math, Galculus fictional numbers to fantastical equations to improbable sums.

The baggers on base are high school kids as there are no paper rounds or other chores they can get paid to do the provide this one opportunity to earn some pocket money. Mind you in saying that they earn more in an hour then I do. One I know said they can earn up to 25 to 50 dollars an hour, but that is only on really good days, i.e. pay day.

114553 Here is one you can try next time you go shopping. When they ask you if you would like to pay with cash debit or credit, Say debit. Then ask if you can use there card. If it is like it is here, they won't really listen and say sure. then say OK can I have your card? They will look at you and you say I did ask if I could use your debit card and you said sure ok.

When asked if I want cash back as a tip for the bagger, on base the baggers are paid by the shopper. I say yes $5.00 how would you like that oh 5 100 dollar bills will do or a 500 dollar bill. I actually had one cashier say she doesn't have 5 one hundred dollar bills will 10 fifty's do? Yes I can count but they can't keep up with me.
