Personality: Outwardly, she is bubbly and charming, but inwardly she is flighty and scared.

History: Celeste isn't the person that was supposed to be pulled to enter the Hunger Games. She would have left that to Blake, her best friend who has trained all of his life to be in the games and would have surely come out victorious. Blake, who wouldn't hurt a hair on her head, but could whip someone else's off in less than a second... Blake who she quite probably had a crush on. When Blake died, it was all Celeste could do to hold it all together. When Celeste was reaped, she almost couldn't. She was supposed to be a good capital kid that was slightly weird and always happy. Needless to say, that's a bit of a stretch now.

Family: Mom and Dad, but she isn't very close to them.

Reaped or Volunteered?: Reaped

Bloodbath? (yes or no): Yes - she doesn't know what else to do.

Token: Maybe it isn't exactly a token, but she will always have the a lock of Blake's hair and the knife he gave her.

Strategy: Pretend that she is okay and get used to the fact that she is going to die at any minute. Other than that, none.

Strengths: She knows how to work an audience and get people to like her, and she's smart.

Weaknesses: She doesn't know how to fight, and she has almost given up hope.

Is this character good with academics? (yes or no): Yes.

Best subject in school: All.

Personality: Outgoing and loud - her presence is always know because there is no ignoring her.

History: She grew up poor but happy. As a child, she was bullied for her odd sense of style and energetic persona. Becoming a stylist for the Hunger Games was perfect for her.
