Loving this coming and going along space and time line, looking into the lives of all these different people... Really looking forward seeing how theu'll meet - somehow!
110440 LOVED it!! The perfect conclusion of Hercul Poirot's life!!! Nothing less than this!!! And only the real Queen of Mytery writing could think of something like this
What do you say?

110440 Fall
110440 Barely started yesterday afternoon; interesting the "male only" thinking of culture - obvious for the time and place of the book, still so real also nowadays:

Nowadays all tablets in the kingdom are dedicated to the mighty and masculine Nabu instead of the ethereal and feminine Nisaba. That is the way it should be, the king believes. Writing is a manly task, and it requires a virile patron, a male god. Nabu has become the official custodian of scribes and the guardian of all knowledge worth preserving

110440 Back at work; as I've probably already written before, the situation is not nice here any longer. It used to be a great place. a lot of things to do and see. Not any longer. The new Mayor is these days visiting at our office, and she's asked to speak with every one of us. I'll talk to her tomorrow; let's see if she'll manage to do something about it!
110440 Sterted re-reading it yesterday night. What sorrow, to see the Great Hercul Poirot so phisically devastated!
110440 It looks interesting; I'm a bit full till the end of February; hoping to get better in March!
