Just finished #6 of 7 in Angela Marsons Kim Stone series
Dead Souls https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
This was a book I just couldn't put down once I had started it. Don't even think about asking what time we finally got dinner last night. ...
Liar by K.L. Slater https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
Just finished
Desperation Road by Michael Farris Smith. Brutal and grim; powerful and beautiful. https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
Just finished
Lady of Fortune by Graham Masterton a rich family saga with mystery, crime and thrills! https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
What She Wanted by Julie Anne Lindsey is a pleasant but forgettable coming of age story. https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
I Know Where She Is by S.B. Caves is not published until next month. If you can get your hands on a copy, I urge you to do so. Although the subject matter is horrid, there are no detailed descriptions. https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
Estner, please take care of yourself. If you keep saying 'yes' to everything, they will must keep piling more and more stuff on you. It doesn' t hurt to occasionally say no. I have recently just extracted myself from an extremely demanding position and it has taken me 2 months to start feeling human again. I went back there recently as a favour to do some training and could not believe how stressed I felt after 4 hours!Anyway, currently sitting in the warmth of early morning North Queensland, just me and the birds, feeling sad that there is only 3 more days of this before I return to a cold, wet and windy New Zealand.
Starting
Zero by Matt Brolly. I have read a couple of his books previously and really enjoyed them so looking forward to this read. *:D
Just finished a not particularly satisfying read
All the Dead Girls by Rita Herron https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
Finished
I'll Never Let You Go by Mary Burton the second book I have read and enjoyed by this author. https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
Tumbled Graves by Brenda Chapman An excellent read by an author new to me. https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
Just finished
Abducted Innocence by Sandra Bolton. It is the second in a series, but I don't think I enjoyed it enough to read any more of the series. https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...And just about to start
Tumbled Graves by Brenda Chapman
Just finished

I finished 2 books overnight. The first,
The Distance Between Us by Maggie O'Farrell was an unexpected treasure. https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...The second,
Blink by K.L. Slater, which I had been looking to, was a disappointment. https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
Alice wrote: "PattyMacDotComma wrote: "5★ Compassionate look at early-onset Alzheimer's disease: Who are we when we aren't ourselves? Still Alice is by neuroscientist and author [author:Lisa Gen..."
I totally agree with you Alice and Patty *:D
After a couple of disappointing encounters with DI Helen Grace, I wasn't holding out much hope for
Pop Goes the Weasel by M.J. Arlidge . How wrong I was! https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
Not a particularly satisfying read.
A Darker Sky by Mari Jungstedt https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
