110440 Estner, please take care of yourself. If you keep saying 'yes' to everything, they will must keep piling more and more stuff on you. It doesn' t hurt to occasionally say no. I have recently just extracted myself from an extremely demanding position and it has taken me 2 months to start feeling human again. I went back there recently as a favour to do some training and could not believe how stressed I felt after 4 hours!

Anyway, currently sitting in the warmth of early morning North Queensland, just me and the birds, feeling sad that there is only 3 more days of this before I return to a cold, wet and windy New Zealand.
