I usually used to be able to read 2-3 books per week earlier...but now it's down to 1. Sigh.

Yes, I dislike them all, except P&P ofc. In fact, I loved P&P so much that I even consider Austen to be one of my favorite authors :P But...all other books she has written...they aren't
that good, as people make them out to be. Persuasion is probably her second best. Emma was frivolous and stupid and irritating. Sense and Sensibility I couldn't even complete.

Can anything be worse than ASOIAF #5???

Not really. I usually don't even read all those remarks the authors make about books, which are often printed on the first few pages of the book. And even if I do read the remarks, I'm never much influenced by it. Truth be told, I usually don't read books according to recommendations given by anyone, be it friends or family or relatives. I prefer to choose my own books and browse for new books to read myself, instead of depending on recommendations. In fact, I can't remember the last time I read something which was recommended to me.

Do you all have your books?

Welcome to the group, newbies!

Prolly the last book of ASOIAF series (Dance with Dragons #2), pick up another P.G. Wodehouse, and begin with the Gone series. Phew.

20:38 pm, at home, planning out the Fall Challenge of the SRC group :D:D Procrastinating studies basically...
