Isabelle Lightwood and Rose Hathaway~

As much as I am frustrated by cliffhangers, I like them. They get me really excited for the next book, and make for great discussion (aka fangirling) topics xD

However, I do want the books I read to have some form of closure, even if there's a cliffhanger. I once read a book that just literally ended in the middle of a scene...that wasn't cool :P Cliffhangers are fine, but each individual book, even if part of a series, should have a resolution of its own~ At least, in my opinion.

The books that made me cry the most:

, , and Also, was really sad though like others, I didn't actually cry.

- parents conveniently missing somehow just so the author doesn't have to deal with them xD
- love triangles
- good-looking guys that are not very nice
- this line: "I/name of character let out a breath I/she hadn't even known I'd/she'd been holding." (I don't see this line with males as much)
- MC has some sort of special talent or ability
- saving the world

That's all I can think of off the top of my head haha~

Beautiful Creatures, as many others have said. I just did not enjoy the series :/
