[close] Chuck Jones compiled a partial list of books he believed essential for every well-read person t read at least once. This book club is base on the idea of reading the books on that list and sharing ideas and inspiration with others...perhaps discovering why Jones believed they are essential reading

[close] Join our fun and interactive book club! We are based out of NYS and the winter months are long, and the summers are spent lazily on our porches and sometimes beside a campfire. We love to read and share our stories about the books we love, kinda love and flat out don't love. Challenge yourself to a reading goal in 2024 and join us!

There are so many conversation-inducing books out there including those classic, award-winning, and even hugely popular works of literature that we've all been meaning to stuff into our heads and owe ourselves the knowledge of. The plan is to select and read one classic book and either one contemporary classic or best seller every month, then discuss the work and related topics together.
