The acronym RSD has several definitions.
Perhaps the two most common interpretations with respect to books are:
Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Syndrome, an older term used to describe one form of Complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), which is a form of amplified musculoskeletal pain syndrome in which pain from a physical trauma outlasts the expected recovery time.
Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria, when a person feels intense emotional pain related to rejection, either real or perceived. It is commonly associated with ADHD.

My name is CRPS, or so they say
But I actually go by; a few different names.
I was once called causalgia,
