[close] At about three-ish every afternoon, I get up from my desk and make a cup of tea. Sometimes I close my eyes as I reach into my tea stash and randomly pick the type but usually I prefer a rooibos. In the summer, I might shake things up and drink an iced Earl Grey. The point of this group is to stop for a moment, take a breath, do something nice for oneself and maybe see what others are up to. Care to join?
