[close] This group is for readers/writers who know of books that promote teenage interest in space and space colonization. In the view of the Group's Founder, space colonization will be in the future of young people and interest in related subjects, can be stimulated here. An acknowledged "Futurist" the Founder is also an Author, and he feels a well planned career path for young people can be "woven" in related occupations and preparatory study. Meanwhile, the topic of space colonization, is made fun by this Author and, hopefully others. His books merge "lucid dreaming" and "ancient mythology" in his story lines, as he feels akin to these topics.

[close] The 2014 Reading Olympics, a book-driven competition which is sponsored by The Page Turners Group, has officially begun! Athletes have branched out into a series of teams or "countries" that will battle head-to-head for gold, silver, and bronze medals in a multitude of sports. Even though the Games have already started, teams are always in need of additional athletes! Any members who would like to join the Mars team need only request to join this group.
