[close] Inspiration started somewhere for each and every author. As an author myself, I am asked frequently, "what inspired you?" I honestly wasn't sure the answer to this until I started writing my first book, and the answer came to me rather unexpectedly. I came to believe I was inspired by realizing there weren't enough voices telling stories I think people NEED to hear, and too many telling stories people WANTED to hear. I am now very curious what inspires other authors, specifically what inspires them to write about their chosen genres. I welcome you to include your story in this group, and perhaps it will inspire someone to start their own journey as an author.
