[close] A place to discuss all the unique aspects of Deaf culture as highlighted in the thriller Silent Fear (A novel inspired by true crimes) by Lance & James Morcan. This group can also be an intersection of sorts where Deaf and hearing people can engage and learn from each other.

[close] In this version of a book club we will "trade" books by agreeing to read another person's suggested book as long as she reads the book suggested for her. So if I asked a member to read Twilight, she might say only if I read Harry Potter. There is a new book swap each month.

[close] We just want to discuss books of all kind! Tell us what you're reading, what you want to read, what your goals are this year, and more! What do you like to do while you read? Do you have a favorite drink, a blanket, a spot in your home? A process to get ready for reading? Whether it's recreational or for school or your job or anything else, let's talk about it! Let us know if there are any changes you'd like to see, any challenges you'd like to do, and totally feel free to recommend your favorite books and authors! (Oh! And if you are an author, or an aspiring author, please totally feel free to talk about your work! What is your writing process, have you been to school for creative writing or something else, etc. We love readers and writers alike, and that totally includes fanfictions and fanart!)
