The vacinee brothers, or now vacinee brother after Arian was killed while feeding the 'beasts'. Now there is only Axel, the cruel and devastatingly handsome heir of the family buisness, who keeps his performers in cages. The Vacinee brothers circus may seem normal, but its really anything but. The 'beasts' are really humans who have the ability to turn into one specific animal and Axel is really a user of dark magic and the murderer of his own brother.

[close] Kicked out from society, you wander the streets of a nineteenth-century city. You were bron a freak of some kind- missing a limb, a deformation of some kind, a half-breed, a phsycic. You were born different, and your parents didn't like it. You were either thrown on the street or given to an orphanage. One rainy day, you ran. You couldn't take being laughed at, being shunned. You ran through the forest, twigs raking at your face and arms, until you heard the sound of music. Slow, and broken up music. You came across a clearing, and saw a large circus tent. You watched for a moment, then started to turn away. Out the corner of your eye, you spotted something strange. A person, with a tail. Then, someone else, fixing a fake leg. Everyone at the circus was different in some way, and there, all together, they seemed to feel perfectly fine. They all seemed happy.

[close] Over two centuries have passed, and the Freak Show Circus, originally known as the FS Circus, has risen in fame. Now, they have a Headquarters in every major city in the world, the Main HQ in New York. Money isn't a problem, and they are no longer outcasts. Instead of running from disgusted people, they run from paparazzi. You won't find them drinking in some small-town pub- No, they'll be at a club, dancing and partying. Things aren't like how they used to be...

[close] We all know P.T. Barnum was a greedy asshole, right? Yeah. But the idea of a community of freaks, rejects, and weirdos making something of themselves to the dismay of their elitist society has been a romantic vision for many a creator, so much so that it spawned an award-winning musical. I think it's time we do it right.
