[close] Hello, I am a professional book editor looking to get my freelance career off the ground. I have book publishing degree and work in the industry, but would love to start working from home. To begin making a name for myself, I'd like to offer free editing of your complete (or nearly complete) manuscripts. I can do substantial, structural, stylistic and/or copy editing/proofreading. I have worked on now-published books of fiction, YA, children's, history (and other nonfiction), short stories and poetry. I can also work with some genre-specific material, especially mystery and crime. All I ask for is a very brief written review/testimonial of my services. If you would like me to look at your manuscript, please post a few lines about the book and what type of editing you would like done. I'm located in Canada but have edited US, UK, AUS, etc content. Don't worry, I won't add "u"'s into your harbors or colors. Thanks!
