Elise writes fantasy for fun, reads fantasy for research, and occasionally fantasizes about how many friends she’d have if she got out of the house more. Roots of Blood is her debut novel in the Nymph Keepers trilogy. She graduated from The Writer’s Studio Online at Simon Fraser University, where she also spent two years as a TA for the inimitable Eileen Cook.
