Alicia Bayer Just curious how it worked for you long term and if you still follow it?

Susan Aguirre Hi there. Today I am over 100 lbs down I don't know exactly how much I have lost because I have stopped weighing myself because it causes me too much anxiety. I will say that I spent a lot of time hanging out at about the same weight (100 lbs down) because I experimented with being on and off the plan. It wasn't worth it. I felt horrible eating flours and sugar again so I went back to the plan and lost the bit I had regained (about 10 lbs) and then quit weighing myself. I know I am losing weight again because I can feel it. I love BLE and will be eating this way for the rest of my life. Peace

Alicia Bayer That's wonderful! I'm glad it worked so well for you. I adopted a keto diet (clean keto) last fall to help with health issues and that also involves no flour and sugar, though it also cuts out other starches. I lost a lot of weight too, though that's not why I did it. I'm like you, I prefer the positive changes over eating things like flour and sugar. I'm so glad you found something that works so well for you. ❤️
