Thank you for answering my questions! :) And I'm talking about that scene after Alex went to the hospital (because the thing fell on her), and Miles haven't visited her in days. Then, Tucker visits her there, and he says that Miles went to him looking panicked and Tucker is afraid that he has done/is going to do something stupid. (And then, right after, they go to Miles' house.)
Ah! Okay, I see. I guess I already answered that, then--he was panicking about the people he cared about being hurt, since Alex had just been seriously injured. He went to apologize to Tucker for the things he'd done in the past because Tucker was the person before Alex and the rest of the club who was really important to Miles.
It wasn't completely rational, but panic rarely is.
