Hi Robert. Your last name Bryndza has an unmistakable Romanian resonance, so I'm curious if you are of Romanian descent. In Romanian it's spelled Brânză and it means 'cheese'. The origin of this word is unknown, scholars presuming it to be autochthonous (Dacian).
