Brent Weeks Lightbringer series is good, as well as his Night Angel series.
Start with the witches of eleinan, brilliant! and there's about 7 books then a spin off about a half human with a flying horse rhiannons ride all very very good reads
The whole riftwar saga, about 20 books.
Wheel of time and a series by robin hobb called the farseer trilogy. Joe Abercrombie if you like dark fantasy:D
Mark Lawrence's Broken Empire series are really great too. Besides that I suggest the Mistborn novels from Sanderson. Because you really can't get enough of his writing
I wasn't a fan of Night Angel series, but Lightbringer is really awesome.
And Mistborn, but that should be taken for granted :)
Joe Abercrombie's First Law trilogy! It is completed and there are a few follow-up stand alone books.
If you want a series already complete, take a look at the following:
-- Dagger and Coin by Daniel Abraham
-- The Lays of Anuskaya by Bradley Beaulieu
-- The Rai-Kirah Trilogy by Carol Berg
-- The Sharing Knife by Lois McMaster Bujold
-- Codex Alera by Jim Butcher
-- The Deepgate Codex by Alan Campbell
-- The Great Way by Harry Connolly
-- Night Threads by Ru Emerson
-- The Well-Built City Trilogy by Jeffrey Ford
-- Coldfire Trilogy by C.S. Friedman
-- The Darwath Series by Barbara Hambly
-- The Soldier Son Trilogy by Robin Hobb
-- The Inheritance Trilogy by N.K. Jemisin
-- The Kingdoms of Thorn and Bone by Greg Keyes
-- The Powdermage Trilogy by Brian McClellan
-- The Dragon Prince Trilogy by Melanie Rawn
-- The DragonCrown War Cycle by Michael A. Stackpole
-- The Pelbar Cycle by Paul O. Williams
-- Shadowmarch by Tad Williams
-- The Wizard Knight by Gene Wolfe
Mistborn trilogy, bartimaous trilogy+side story, cirque du freak, chronicles of nick, ink heart trilogy, Bobby pendragon series.
