Best book of the series by far - one of my fav books of all time. The not-so-dystopian feel, the constant danger, the new problem around every corner, death, friend-making, ally-forming, death, the grounds that the games themselves were on, the characters... Mockingjay sucked haha but this one was a treasure.

Personally, I enjoyed the first book slightly better. Though, I absolutely agree that Mockingjay was a big step down.

Sorry I missed your comment, I was never notified! I'm glad you like my rating system. I use percentages simply because I started writing reviews in college when percentage grades were just how things were assessed. Otherwise, I doubt I'd have come up with it on my own. Term papers were not graded in star ratings Lol

I have read ARC OF THE SCYTHE (my fav serie) and i also recomend THE UNWIND DYSTOLOGY. It is from the same author and I also really like it.
