Oh, was this bio day? Oops! I forgot. I was lost in my latest manuscript. Umm... bio. Yeah.

Hi! I’m Chautona Havig. (for those who care, that’s Shuh-TONE-uh HAVE-ig). Yeah. Just work with me here. I should have used a pseudonym, but when you grow up with a name like Chautona, it kind of sticks.

So, There Was That Time I Forgot What I Knew…

It finally happened. After four years of authors giving each other prompts at the release of a story, I slammed up against a wall.  Melissa Wardwell posted this for the authors of the Suamalie Islands Series:

In All An Act, Lulu comes face to face with a part of her past that she thought was no longer an issue. That is, until she runs into André. The deep [seated] bitterness she held toward him

I'm going for almost 3.5. I could almost round to four but not quite.

The mystery was good in itself. I liked how it was laid out for the most part. Characterization was fun. The setting--so much was good.

But a few things became a bit much. For one t

Kim Chautona, I couldn't find the question section, so I'll ask it here. I absolutely loved, loved, loved Prairie. Highland wasn't as good, but I still really liked it and I am so longing for the next book to come out. Any inkling as to when that will be??? Love your books, Kim Gregory.

I actually discovered you and told my Bookworms on Spark People about you. I started reading Past Forward and had to tell my friends about it. We all got hooked on that series!

Pamela Hey Chautona...Thanks for accepting my friend request.
