Raven.

London orphan age 10 (11 in Book 4) who with his younger brother, Hawk belong to a network of street urchins who share information and watch out for each other. Has a talent for numbers, and is being tutored in mathematics by Lady Cordelia. He and Hawk run errands for Mrs. Sloane who pays them so they can retain a sense of independence. Wrexford dubbed the two “the Weasels” for their ability to slip in & out of shadows so quickly.
