One of the children in the photo taken at the Caswells. Very bitter about his childhood experience at Caswells. As a boy, he ran away several times and had a fanciful imagination. His parents were civil servants in India, then in Ceylon (until retiring in 1912.). They had sent their only son to England to be educated. Captain Bingham was a solicitor in Gloucester until 1914.
