She becomes a person who helps others find their way through grief and pain. She inspires people through writing, teaching, mothering. Unlike the comment above mine, I do not know one person that I CAN NOT recommend this too. Any one with a pulse, who has struggled in their lives can benefit from Lidia's memoir. (less)

I started reading this book again. I have the hardcover copy. On page 26 at the very bottom, the wording does not make sense. It reads " His voice was more calm than is possible to make a voice. shirts until my neck prickled with anger. I took a wad of cloth." The same verbiage is written at the bottom of page 27 which in that context it makes sense. I don't know if you are aware of this mistake? Thank you
