So, The Last Mrs. Parrish was basically ruined for me because I wasn’t surprised at all because of the similarities. I don’t understand how this isn’t discussed way more than it is because it’s so similar…down to the having them committed to look crazy and orchestrating the two going to a play and dinner together. As far as the evidence goes, the authorities could have searched for previous recordings of the attic room stored on his device—videos of him locking Millie inside that room. Furthermore, Nina had already made several complaints about her husband confining her in the attic, which would have strengthened the case against him.

The police could also try recovering deleted files from his cell phone, potentially retrieving one or two recent recordings of him locking Nina in the attic. Even if Andy had deleted all the files from his phone, there’s a strong possibility they were backed up to the cloud—a detail Andy might have overlooked. Simply deleting files from a device doesn’t erase them from the cloud once they’ve been synced.

Additionally, Enzo’s eyewitness testimony would have been a critical piece of evidence. With all these elements combined, it would have painted a compelling picture of Andy’s guilt, leading to a conclusion where justice is served and retribution is delivered.(less)
