What makes this book so good? Is there a lot of cursing? And are there lots of plot twists?

I really want to read this book. I'm more a fan of suspense, mystery. And am not really a fan of thrillers. What are the scary things about this book that would freak someone out or make this book a thriller in description? PLEASE NO SPOILERS. Also is there any spice or any of that kind of stuff? Again NO SPOILERS.

In the book obsession. Logan finds Sophie in her bedroom but in the new girl he isn’t the one to find her nor is she found in her bedroom? Was that a mistake
