Hi Dennis, is this book available to purchase as i dont seem to be able to find it anywhere from the normal places (Amazon, BookDepository, Audible)? I absolutely loved the first three books.

Does anyone know when this is going to be released as an Ebook? Audiobooks blow chunks. Chunks, my dog, loves this, but I do not.
