Try to read the chapter with the characters meeting their mentor in a different country. If you didn’t like the style (self-help fiction) and didn’t enjoy the first pages then you might not enjoy the rest. In my opinion, the characters were a little cheesy. I liked the settings, not so much the setup. But the wisdom and insights were both great reminders of life lessons I already know and eye-openers for some new perspectives that for sure inspired me to live more fully. I’ve always wanted to be a morning person and this book has made me realize why I wanted to be. It’s not exactly the earliness for me as much as it is about how one spends their first hour/s upon waking up. If I used to hit the snooze button couple of times before getting up, reading this book at least made me get up on the first alarm, for a week now. I would recommend for the anecdotes and insights. :)(less)
Tsapu 6 hours of sleep is not healthy... There is a reason you have a hard time getting up - your body demands the sleep it deserves.

Even with a rare disease his life was a fantastic one lived with no regrets. Had he not joined the 5am club he wouldn’t have lived as full and enjoyable life. Have Mr Riley die at the end was intentional. (less)
