This book sounds like she hasn't even bothered with a plot line and is now just writing porn :-/.
Shame as i loved books but now when your skipping pages through boredom of multiple sex scenes then there is no point in paying the cost of the book.(less)

Is there any action..vampire killing going on at all? The older books before her lovers numbered in the double digits were best..The hot vampire, the sweetwhere wolf, even a few others..but really?.The vampire court politics were thrilling..Is there any thing going on outside the bed?

Am I the only one here who sees character developement and enjoys reading about their feelings and relationships in Anita's POV? Sure, I would love more murder and less sex, but still, I like to read about their relationships grow and part of that is sex.

Laurell was and likely is well aware of those opinions and I do think her writing suffered for that but she seems to have found a balance. (less)

I want to know why all of you are bitching and moaning when you all know that this book is just a filler so the main series does have nothing but sex. It also allows Laurell to explain things she things needs to be expanded on on the side note. So what if its nothing but sex? Its not a main book so calm all your panties.

Is there anything in there? I've long given up on the whole series. While there was some action & plot in the early books, after Blue Moon it went downhill fast and I've seen no sign that it is anything but cheaply-disguized porn. Not even interesting one.

Jessie According to the ARC reviews, this novella is only about sex.
