Though, the following books have not been edited to the degree Evenfall Volume I&II Directors cut have, and therefore have some small inconsistencies according to the authors. On the sight it states,

"If you read a DC volume and continue to the original version, expect to find some minor inconsistencies and see a vast difference in the editing, particularly in the earlier books. But the main plot will remain the same so you can continue without major issues."
