Is this a "clean" book? I recognize we all have different tastes and I'm fine with that and not trying to "judge" anyone. But for me, I prefer to avoid reading: - large amounts of foul language - graphic violence - sex scenes or strong sexual innuendo. For reference, Brandon Sanderson's books are at about the right level for me in terms of "cleanliness". I'd really appreciate anyone giving me a quick rating. Thanks!

We certainly don't hear any apologies from anyone for touting 'Shades of Grey' and other not-so-soft porn material.

I realise my answer is 3 years after the original question was asked, but this response is for me and for all those who have yet to discover this author.(less)

Does it take a long time for this book to get going? I'm nearing the end of the 7th chapter, and there is just something missing. I'm not enjoying it. Every morning, I find a reason to stop reading it, and by evening, I decide to go a little further. Hint: I'm listening to it during my long commutes to work. I hate to give up on books. I'm just hoping it picks up. Soon.
