Every one of Stephan King novels has references to The Dark Tower. Some are more obvious than others.
IT for example is a creature that escaped from the prim which is the outermost layer of The Dark Tower. Christine is another creature that escaped from the prim and shows up in IT.
Google Stephan King universe and there is a person who has made a map of all Stephan King novels pointing out references going to The Dark Tower.

If he thought he was right, then that was it; he wouldn't pretend to agree with anyone, and so people resented his attitude. I think...

We can assume that SJ is simply hallucinating due to his heart being about to give out. All well and good. We know he's the only one to experience any of the phenomena such as plummeting pianos, etc. But then there's the glove. So either 1) some sort of wormhole opened up, enabling SJ to get the glove during this strange deluge, or he got it some other way and during his last moments believed it came to him from the sky. I prefer the former.(less)
