I noticed the Dalmatian Press Great Reads 2004 edition of The Lost World "has been lightly updated and annotated for the enjoyment of the reader." What are the differences between the original version and this revised one? Thanks in advance for your help!

Just my guess.(less)

The book ends with the explorers planning to mine the Lost World for diamonds (which would inevitably destroy it).(less)

He is readable but also know that his stories (at least with "Lost World") are drawn out way too much. Hope this helps.(less)
