Nando Gigaba It's fascinating to learn that women write more memoirs than men, especially considering historically there were more male authors and professionals.
I'm excited to be a part of this new chapter in history, and I'm looking forward to reading and meeting new people.

message 11: by Mike Dunnigan (new)

Mike Dunnigan Chief Clarence Louie's book Rez Rules, is a great read he delves into the effects of Colonialism and he certainly doesn't sugar coat how government stole the land from the first nations people. It is his memoir, and in his words he is now my favorite Indian.
