I am a white person and I've read all your posts on writing POC characters, I was wondering how should I imply that the character is a POC without being offensive?

You don’t have to imply.

Just be like“ they’re Asian”,“ a black man” a lot of the problems with describing POC come from writers being too afraid to be blunt. talking all sorts of creepy jive about her skin was honey chocolate milk snickers bar

Its ok to just say

“The Indian man.”

“His curly hair”

“Her dark skin.”

sometimes people get tripped up on Asian features but I find“ her slim eyes, her round eyes, her almond eyes, her heavily lidded eyes.” work fine.There are so many different east asian ey...
