Welcome to the New Blog!

Whew, it feels good to say that! This was the first step in my New Years Resolution, switching my blog over to my own platform and having complete and autonomous control over it!  I have been hemming and hawing and weighing and measuring and deliberating for months now. But with Blogger being owned by someone else, it limits my freedom.
