PRESS ARE SAYING…
On the dusty, fuzzed-out rocker, the Black Keys singer guides his new project through the atmospheric, Morricone-inspired landscapes that are staples of Danger Mouse's work, as the track marches along toward a pulverizing guitar solo.
–Rolling Stone, on The Arcs’ “Fools Gold”
A dreamy slice of pop, built on subtle guitar moans groaning underneath piano chords slowly plinking out like a barroom pianist at the end of the night.
–Consequence of Sound, on Autolux’s “Change My Head”
A scuzzy, lovely track.
-FADER, on Nine Pound Shadow’s “Melody”
Fuzzed-out soulful psych with beats.
-DJ Mag on Sam Cohen’s “Loose Your Illusion”
A spaghetti-western swagger that already feels authentic and smartly observer.
-Uncut, on Apache Sun’s “Club Noir”
