They’re working on it

I just contacted Create Space. They said they are aware of the issue with the cover creator program. And they’re working on it right now. So it’s a legitimate problem, not just some obscure little glitch that’s only affecting me. That’s good. I feel better about it now. I might not beat my computer to death with a baseball bat after all.
