I guess I should be lucky that you don't know what you're talking about or else the song would probbly be stuck in my head for eternity.

How can you not like "500 Miles"? That's the tape that is stuck in Marshall's Fiero's tape deck (for you How I Met Your Mother fans). There's a whole episode where they take a road trip and alternate between loathing and loving the song. *sigh* I miss them!

What?No love for "Tubthumping"?
Or the inimitable "Baby Got Back"? (I dare you to get THAT one out of your head once it's settled in there.)

*snickers* I was going to say Liche.... because humorous, but I'll agree with the well because that will likely be funny also.

Good thing you're in agreement with the masses, because I started writing part 4 this morning. :)
Hope you're working on that cover! ;)

Gibsy-dearest, can you send me a PM with some sort of idea of what Heloise is supposed to look like? Or should I just guess?
I think it would be much more interesting to first see what YOU think she looks like! This is exciting, isn't it?! xD

Yes, but I can't remember what has been said already... I'm guessing she's rather statuesque (because they always are) and I think there was mention of dark hair but I can't remember what race she is. I know she's obviously bard class.

No no, that's not what I meant by race, m'dear ;) I meant D & D race class. Like is she human, elven, etc.
Karly *The Vampire Ninja & Luminescent Monster* wrote: "No no, that's not what I meant by race, m'dear ;) I meant D & D race class. Like is she human, elven, etc."She's half-elven, Karly...but, yes--I'll PM you so we can discuss (running to a meeting now, but will message you soon)! :)
There are races? Oh boy, yes I'm uneducated on that front. Sorry. I didn't even think of the possibility of her not being human. Oops.

Looking forward to it, dearest!@ Trish: Sean and I have bonded quite frequently over D & D, but if you've never played I'm not surprised you don't know such things :)

*winks*I've only ever played a cleric and a ranger, Ginger. I think Gibsy's much more bard-like than I am.

I would spin some D&D yarns here, but I fear I would just make myself look too awesome. Maybe our friends at Wizards of the Coast will be eager to get into the Heloise & Grimple business... ;)

Lol, Trish, where do find those gifs? Not sure which is funnier/cuter.."left out" or stuffed animal.Normally, I hate the gifs on GR, but yours are adorable.
Btw, I know that "left out" feeling...
Thanks Mona! I started looking for gifs to include in my reviews and some are frequent visitors here. So I bookmarked them in my web browser for easy/quick access. I just think of what I'm trying to express and google it. THere are a lot of great/funny gifs out there. :D

Grimple—out with it.” I tapped my foot impatiently. but think of the song you can write after this quest…”
---> Well, SG, you're not, by any chance, thinking of me when you were writing this serial adventure, were you? ~grins wickedly~
Because as you can see, I'm very impatient, loves tapping/stomping my foot when seriously ticked off and I do (mostly) music parody of my reviews. Things that Heloise does as per above ↑↑↑
And you, on the other hand, are much like Grimple, couldn't get a straight answer but likes to beat around the bush.
Would this be our story together?
I can't wait to see and find out!
(And yes, I AM a stirrer!)
Question, before I embark on the next part of (our) adventure. Grimple's banger or so called club, any chance it's got RIDGES?

Well, Dork Kettle, it's a pleasure to meet you--I'm Nerd Pot. I'm pretty sure that dorkishness is a prerequisite for commenting on this thread, Lolly. :)
Choose Your Own Adventure books were totally top of mind when I started this!
And, now that STUPID SONG will be in my head all freaking day...grrrr.
"I am the very model of a modern major general!"
