THOSE BASTARDS! This should be required reading during mandatory work breaks.
Such will be the case when I am the Imperial Global Emporer. Also, there will be ponies for all.

Can I get a cat instead of a pony? Pretty please?!
By the way, I'm SUCH a rebel! ;pI've read it - fantastic! Can't wait for part 3!!!
And Grimble is definitely NOT back to normal otherwise they wouldn't have to look on the ground to find him (unless hill giant means something totally different from what I thought). ;p
That was awesome. I think The Kevil "Evil" wizard turned Grimple into a rat. that would be funny to see. Great job. Can't wait to see what happens next.

Mallory Heart wrote: "Bravo!! Now I have a reason to survive the holidays!"Ha--thanks, Mallory! I find that cookies help, too. ;)
Part 2 is great, and I'm kind of afraid to even guess what Grimple's next manifestation will be. As usual, your writing is amazing, and even though you have left us with this cruel Christmas cliffhanger, we will willingly allow you to toy with us in this fashion in order to continue reading your stories! I'm eagerly awaiting the next installment, and hope you and your family have a wonderful holiday!
Cindy wrote: "Part 2 is great, and I'm kind of afraid to even guess what Grimple's next manifestation will be. Heloise and Grimple will be looking forward to more shenanigans in 2016...
Seriously, you have to find a way to at least get a goodreads entry for your story/installments! I want that on my shelf (preferrably with great cover art).
Trish wrote: "Seriously, you have to find a way to at least get a goodreads entry for your story/installments! All right, people, look out--we've got a goal now! :)

Yessssssssss!!!!!!!!! I know I'd pay for it! Not that I'm good enough to be the cover designer - I'll just help by throwing my money at you and writing a boring review here! ;p

We need to figure out who can give this thing a cover...
"I feel less bad about assaulting someone who affirmatively identifies as evil and shows wanton disregard for the rules of grammar, however." I love this sentence. I love this character. I love this story. It's clever and creative, with just the right amount of witty, bawdy, and delightfully irreverent fun. Really great stuff, my friend- I can't wait for the next installment!
Loves!! Thank you Seanilicious for another wonderful installment. Heloise is my hero.
Merry Christmas to you and the family Sean! ♥

Stupendous? Sure. Incredible? Indubitably. Devastatingly handsome? Of course.
But amazing? Pshaw. ;)

Mrs. Sean is sooo lucky ;)This desperately makes me wish we (as in you an I, Gibsy) could d n d together..... *ponders* will we ever learn the mc's name, though?!
Also, I never aim at urinals; such things are beyond me.... Usually in the opposite bathrooms, you see.

The MC is the titular (heh heh...I said "titular") Heloise, Karlington. :)
And YES...D&D! Grrr. Someday. It would be epic.
(Also, good job using lady bathrooms. Aiming at urinals would be tricky with different equipment, I think.)

Only if you can provide proof of your skill...
More funny stuff :) I'm enjoying this!Just two nitpicky quibbles:
1. Where are the promised red boots? :)
2. Heloise still sounds like a male to me...

Hmmmmm, interesting..... I thought Heloise sounded quite like myself, actually. But then I'm not very femme fatale myself.

Mayhaps, Mona.... Mayhaps. Though, I wouldn't call myself that, either.I think, as readers, sometimes we take the writer's sex too much into account..... But then Ladisean can be rather dainty and girly (more so than I, surely :p)

Haha that about Ladisean...no he doesn't seem dainty to me.
And no, I don't take the writer's sex into account that much. I've just observed that, by and large, male SF/fantasy writers don't write women very well, although lately that's changing (examples of books written by men with great women characters include "Seveneves", "Saturn Run", etc.) I think, for some reason, women are better at writing men than men are at writing women.

I'm just sharing a wee inner joke with Sean, Mona. And you are correct, although women are by and large shit at writing men *cough* almost every romance ever..... *cough* too. It's all perspective. I'm sure men find a lot of female written males unbelievable too. I do agree that Sean could inject *snort* more feminine thoughts but then feminine and female aren't always synonymous. *shrugs*

Not so in the "Outlander" series, though, the men there seem very real to me. True also that feminine and female aren't always synonymous. In any case, Sean, keep "Heloise and Grimple" going...please. It's good stuff. And if you happen to work in the red boots, great. If not, I think we'll all live :)

Yes, and he had promised to include them in this episode...sigh...ah well, promises, promises, haha.
Or at least, some kind of red boots anyway. (See the comments on Part 1)...

And yes, we were talking about THOSE BOOTS and it was me. *proud am* Now if only he would do as he was told! But now that I have backup, I'm sure we can force him to! *evil grin*
@Sean: Ehem ... well ... for humanity's sake we shall call it a draw!
Hey! Point of fact: the boot discussion did not begin--on the Part 1 thread--until AFTER Part 2 was posted wayyyy back on December 21! Now, I could pull a George Lucas and start changing history, but I'm not that kind of guy...I did say I'd try to work the boots in, but did not promise WHEN...so, you'll just have to keep reading, True Believers. :)

And I can't read it until I'm home - noooooooooooooo 8stupid work)!!!!!!
