Hey! I’m writing a scene where my character remembers something about her past, a guy that abused her, and she breaks and starts crying. How can I write a crying scene without making it look forced? Every time I try to write something like that I don’t quite feel the emotion/sadness, and kinda looks overreacted or fake. Any suggestions?
