Done and Not Done

Welp, it doesn’t look like I’m going to win NaNoWriMo this year: my word count is about 25,26000, and it is extremely unlikely that I will be able to write 25,000 words in two days. I will also not win the yeah write challenge of writing a blog post every day in November; I was quite close, but I neglected to write yesterday.

I did, however, begin the process of moving to a new apartment in a new city, which I will soon be sharing as my wedding is in 20 days. Also, yesterday I watched one of my favorite Christmas films, “Holiday Inn”, with Bing Crosby and Fred Astaire. Side note: if you’re locking a guy in a room to prevent him from reuniting with the girl you want to be your dancing partner, make sure the room in which he’s locked does not have a second door. This is important, as he will escape out that door, and lock you in as retaliation. Bing 1, Fred 0.
