Creativity Yields Productivity

Productivity is vital for success in business. Trimming just a few seconds off of routine tasks can save a huge amount of time and money in the long run. In some cases, it can even mean the difference between a successful business and a failed one.

Business leaders are often so focused on running a tight ship, however, that they forget about the value of creativity. The new ideas that their employees might bring to the table if given freedom from their regimented routine have the potential to add great value to the business. This freedom also empowers and motivates employees, which leads them to work more efficiently and productively.
