George Norris does it again with his follow up to Exceptional Merit. Rookie police officer Tim Keegan has big shoes to fill; those of his deceased father Lt. James Keegan, hero cop. Together with his partner and training officer, Tom Galvin, they manage to thwart a catastrophe in the making when they take out a suicide bomber with an over riding hatred to take out the son of the man who had him imprisoned: Tim Keegan. It's nonstop action to foil the bad guys before they are able to fulfill their hateful mission to suicide bomb across the USA during the holiday season.
