If they honestly thought that was/could possibly be a bomb, they would’ve evacuated the school. They knew it wasn’t a bomb from moment one.

So why did they get the police involved when the police were clearly not needed? Why did the police hold this kid for several hours, pressuring him to admit his device was supposed to suggest a bomb, when over and over again he insisted it was a clock?
